Re: What news on the KW Ubuntu Jam?

I just realized that the Ubuntu Global Jam is on the same Saturday 27 March as the Elmira Syrup Festival. Being land-locked in Elmira, it will be really difficult to navigate out through the crowds and closed-off streets, not to mention that I want to spend a good portion of the day augmenting my ample anatomy with maple candy treats.

The crowds subside by mid-afternoon when I figure I'll be able to escape; I hope the Ubuntu Global Jam will still be in full swing until the evening!

Hey, just got a small breezer here,

I think the rest of the time we can see what bugs we want to work on and I can be available for people for questions and mentoring.

Yup, it's scheduled for March 27 in Kwartzlab.

I'm hoping to get blog posts up about it this weekend,

If there's anything in particular people want out of the Jam
(packaging, documentation, installer testing, etc.), or things they
want to learn how to do, by all means bring it up on the list. If
anyone has any expertise in any of those areas, speak up!

Ralph's going to do a tutorial on bug triage, but after that, it's pretty
open.

Darcy.
