I'm aiming for September 1st.  First Wednesday of the month rather
than last.  Gotta get that announced in the appropriate places this
weekend.

Also, I believe Ralph will be at Richard's OSM meetup at William's on Tuesday.

Kitchener/Waterloo isn't actually a LoCo, so it doesn't get its own
entry.  I mean, we *could*, like Ubuntu Vancouver, but I'd like to try
to see if I can get Ubuntu Canada working the way they say LoCos are
supposed to work for a while before we just go ahead and start doing
our own thing a la Vancouver.

Ubuntu Canada is listed as country-less because the only person with
permissions to add stuff like country (the official LoCo contact)
unofficially stepped down a while ago and isn't actually doing the job
anymore.  Ralph and I are working on taking that burden from him, but
we haven't actually pulled the trigger yet.  Oughta get on that too.
