Title:
add index.html that links to all widget examples

Status in “ubuntu-html5-theme” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
ubuntu-html5-theme-examples 0.1+13.10.20130805bzr76raring0 installs numerous separate html files each of which demos a widget, for example:
  /usr/share/ubuntu-html5-theme/0.1/examples/widgets/TextInputs.html
  /usr/share/ubuntu-html5-theme/0.1/examples/widgets/Dialog-Spinner.html
  /usr/share/ubuntu-html5-theme/0.1/examples/widgets/UbuntuShape.html
  /usr/share/ubuntu-html5-theme/0.1/examples/widgets/ListItems.html

There is no single index.html (or other) file that is a single point
of entry for browsing the widgets, which means a person has to a) find
  them ( dpkg -L ubuntu-html5-theme-examples ) and b) launch them
individually. This is an unnecessary obstacle.

The equivalent QML widgets are all browsable from a single executable:
  /usr/lib/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/examples/ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gallery/gallery

Now that HTML5 is a first-class app framework, its widget gallery
should be easy to browse. And explanations for doing so should be
  simple.
