This SRU has remained unverified after 170 days in the -proposed queue.
I've removed it now from quantal-proposed and am marking the task
'wontfix'.

  BBCNews test fails.

  [Test Case]
  - open Firefox,
  - go to 'http://www.bbc.co.uk/news',
  - make sure that a launcher icon appears when integration occurs,
  - wait a bit for news to appear, and make sure that desktop notifications do popup when it happens,

  Nothing specific, since the changes are strictly within the boundary of this integration script.
