Title:
  [webapp-container] PageUp, PageDown, and cursor keys not working in
  Facebook, Twitter webapps.

Bug description:
  In certain webapps, the cursor keys and PageUp/Down keys are not
  mapped. The expected behavior would be to scroll the page.

  The spacebar key does however scroll down the page.
