  [webapp-container] Page requests report Network Error

Bug description:
  Running on the trusty desktop with latest PPA bits
  All url requests show Network Error and terminal output is
  $ webapp-container google.com

  Could not open manifest file:  "/usr/share/unity-webapps/userscripts/unity-webapps-amazon/manifest.json" 
  Invalid webapps installation found:  "/usr/share/unity-webapps/userscripts/unity-webapps-amazon"
