Bug description:
Playing HTML5 videos should be supported by the Web Browser app.
However, it seems they are not working at the moment.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Web Browser app on a device running Ubuntu Touch
2. Go to http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html
3. Try to play any of the sample videos
Result:
- Actual: none of the videos are played. Their length is displayed on the page as 00:00
- Expected: the Web Browser app is able to play HTML5 videos
