Title:
[browser] After the web process crashes, selection doesn’t work
anymore
Status in Web Browser App:
Fix Released
Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Our current build of webkit makes the web process crash frequently
(see bug #1107453). When that happens, refreshing the current page
restarts the web process, but after that selection doesn’t work
anymore (long press anywhere on the page doesn’t bring up the
selection rectangle).
This seems to be a bug in webkit itself, which I reported upstream:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109288.
