If you prefer I can open separate bugs for all the issues that I'm
experiencing.

- regarding the copy/paste- this one in fact I haven't noticed before
- the text selecting/highlighting issue inside email body is probably not related to the copy/paste problem; did you manage to reproduce it?
- regarding the context menu I understand your point, I'm fine with keybord shortcuts for actions like pasting, printing, etc.
- concerning the hyperlink issue, I've checked and I have the 0.23+14.04.20140416-0ubuntu1 version of webapp-container; however I still have the problem with hyperlinks; just to be clear- Gmail buttons work, the problem is with hyperlinks inside email body, and only with website hyperlinks (phone number links trigger hangouts, email links open new message dialog)

  Openinig hyperlinks or selecting text in emails doesn't work

Status in “unity-webapps-gmail” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu version: 14.04
  2) Package version: 2.4.16+14.04.20140409-0ubuntu1 
  3) Selecting/highliting text with click-and-drag doesn't work, context menu doesn't appear, opening hyperlinks doesn't work. Selecting text is possible only by double-clicking a word and expanding the selection with Shift+arrows.
