  webapp-container --store-session-cookies error

Status in Web Browser App:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On trusty desktop, run this:

  $ webapp-container  --store-session cookies
  http://developer.ubuntu.com

  Displayed web page indicates Network Error and unable to store
  cookies. See attachment.

  I was told (but have not verified myself) to also note that on a device,
  "it says options unrecognized, but that's wrong; the option is recognized...that option parsing may clash with the upstart-launch''
