  Browser jittery, flashes previous page

Bug description:
  manta 14.10 r44.

  1. Open browser, opens Google search page
  2. Enter a URL
  3. Browswer displays page at new URL. Touch the screeen and the display flashes rapidly between the current page and previous page. Try to scroll the display and it mostly jitters.
