  Translations are not shipped

Status in Web Browser App:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Looking at the web browser on the phone and at the contents of its
  package, it seems that we're not shipping any translations.

  As long as the app is distributed as a package, translations should be
  shipped and installed at:

  /usr/share/locale/$LANG/LC_MESSAGES/$APP_ID.mo
