Title:
  Animations flicker in browser

Status in Web Browser App:
  Fix Released
Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Visit http://git.io/2048 on Ubuntu phone #250 on mako
Swipe around to make numbers collide and increase.
Observe that the numbers flicker when they collide.
On desktop browsers (such as chromium) this doesn't happen, the animation is smooth.
