Since we switched to oxide, there is no auto-zooming to the currently
focused text field, so I believe we can close this issue.

Note that whether or not the field is auto-focused on page launch is
entirely up to launchpad, this is not something the browser should
decide to ignore.

  Visiting a Launchpad bug page zooms and opens keyboard

Bug description:
  When visiting any Launchpad bug page (probably like this one), the
  browser magically zooms to somewhere on the top of the page and opens
  the on-screen keyboard. Keyboard input doesn't seem to have any
  effect, especially not in the "Add comment" text box.

  Observed on "Image Based Updates"-image 20130913 and earlier cdimages.
