  Add Ubuntu specific media manager client (MH integration)

Bug description:
  This bug documents a feature request to add an ubuntu-specific media
  manager backend to play media content with the Media Hub.

  The current design calls for dispatching media manager calls back to
  the main Oxide process, to exit the sandbox and be able to make D-Bus
  calls to the Media Hub.
