Dave, this is the intended behaviour: the default zoom factor is usually
the minimal one, so you can’t unzoom further.

  manta 14.10 r44 Nexus 10

  Two-finger gesture (unpinch) makes the browser zoom in, but pinch
  doesn't zoom out from the default size, only from a zoomed size.
