Title:
[webapp-container] Twitter infobar for Android app makes the direct
message interface quite hard to use
Status in The Webapps-core project:
Triaged
Status in Web Browser App:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The bug happens when trying to use the Direct Message interface in the
twitter webapp.
1. Open Twitter
2. Click on the User icon in the middle right
3. Click on the Enveloppe icon (this is the direct message feature)
What happens: Twitter adds an infobar to invite you to download the
Android app.
The effect is that the UI is all shifted down, and the "swipe down to
refresh" gesture is inactive.
The idea would be to remove the infobar with a user script, like we do
in some other sites, to make the interface a bit more usable.
