added savilerow task, since this seems to be caused by wrong apparmor
rules (we use teh krillin custom tarball unmodified on arale so the
generated cache is wrong)

Bug description:
  trying to start the HERE maps app on an arale device with image 146 (vivid, devel-proposed) results in the app not starting...
  the application log shows the following messages:
