  Crash when calling oxide::JavaScriptDialog::Close() twice in a row

Bug description:
  Very similar to bug #1450243, this happens when e.g. calling accept()
  and reject() on a prompt dialog, which triggers the dialog to be
  scheduled for deletion twice in a row.
