  Flush profile data when the app goes in to the background

Status in Oxide Webview:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The various bits of profile data are flushed periodically, but if an
  application goes in to the background and is then killed, any data
  that hasn't been flushed will be lost.

  We really should to this when the application goes in to the
  background
