  Summary: Vimeo video progress bar blocks by browser tab
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Vimeo scope
  2. Click on a video to play
  3. It re-direct to web browser and play this video
  4. Click on full screen button to play in full screen

  Expected Result:
  The progress bar should show on the screen and should not be blocked

  Actual Result:
  The progress bar is blocked by browser tab (see attached photo)
