[Bug 1441064] Re: Closing the tabs view doesn’t reveal the chrome

Bug description:
  (this is a minor regression introduced by http://bazaar.launchpad.net
  /~phablet-team/webbrowser-app/trunk/revision/949)

  Steps to reproduce, on a touch device:

  1) On a page, scroll all the way to the top to ensure that the chrome is displayed
  2) Do a bottom-edge swipe gesture to reveal the tabs view
  3) Either tap on the current tab or on the "Done" button at the bottom of the view to close it

  Expected result: the chrome is visible
  Current result: the chrome is hidden (but scrolling up on the page reveals it)
