[Bug 1460705] Re: Oxide 1.7.8 not built with media-hub support code

 

The dependency was removed to avoid an FTBS issue when the media-hub
packages were not in main. It needs to be re-added, now that the
packages have been MIR'ed.

Bug description:
  The PPA used for building Oxide 1.7.8 did not have access to the
  media-hub development packages, resulting in a build with no media-hub
  support.
