[Bug 1305115] Re: Google+ webapp does not support Hangouts
Yeah, this should actually be closed - I've already ripped out the
initial support that was added for the Talk plugin, and since bug
1410996 has landed, there isn't anything else to do in Oxide to make
WebRTC work (at least on the desktop).
What part needs NaCl? That's not supported in Oxide or Chromium, and
there's no plan to support that at all.

Bug description:
When using the new Oxide-based webapp container, the Hangout feature
is not available.
The reason is probably that it requires AV plugins that are not
installed in the container itself.
