  Cannot scroll up in Google Drive preview using arrow keys

Bug description:
  When looking at file previews in Google Drive (for example, previews
  of multiple PDF files in the same Google Drive folder) in Firefox, the
  left and right arrow keys let me switch between files, while the up
  and down arrow keys let me scroll up and down in the preview.

  In the Ubuntu web browser app on the desktop, all of these arrow key
  controls for scrolling within previews work except for the up arrow
  key, which does nothing. A workaround is to use the scrollbar or
  trackpad scrolling instead.
