[Bug 1468360] Re: Hover is triggered with touch
I tested Firefox on Android, and it behaves pretty much the same as
Chrome with the exception that the hover state changes on touch release
rather than touch press.
This behaviour actually appears to be intentional - "hover" doesn't
exist on touch devices anyway, and the current behaviour makes it
possible to still use sites that reveal UI elements on hover when you
don't have a pointing device.

Title:
Hover is triggered with touch
Status in Oxide Webview:
Invalid
Bug description:
This is likely an oxide bug, or even higher up the stack, but starting
with webbrowser as that's where it advertises.
On a phone, go to:
http://quirksmode.org/css/hover_qm.html
Touch the paragraph of text.
Expected:
* paragraph underlines on touch
* underline goes away on release
Current:
* paragraph gets bold, italic and underlined on touch
* remains bold and italic on release
