[Bug 1490022] [NEW] Implement click-to-play for Flash
Public bug reported:
Chrome and Firefox both support click-to-play for Flash, where the
plugin content is initially replaced by a placeholder rather than auto-
playing. We should be able to support something similar in Oxide,
although I guess we'll have an API to delegate the UI part to the
application
