Public bug reported:

vSRX2.0 HA is deployed at contrail with scaling enabled. Due to the design difference of vsrx2.0 HA and contrail scaling, vsrx2.0 HA can only run as active/standby mode. This requires contrail to set scaling mode to active-standby. 
Please help add this option for scaling. This option should be per scaling cluster or IP-instance .

vSRX2.0 with contrail for HA support is planed at 15.1X49-D30, timeline is end of Nov. 
It would be helpful if this feature can be ready by then.
