[Bug 1500388] [NEW] horizontal scrollbar unreachable at the bottom

When I use unity-webapps-youtube without maximized window state horizontal scrollbar at the bottom appears but when I attempt to drag it with mouse about five pixel width white sheet covers the scrollbar slider.
Is there any setting that I can fix that bug?
