[Bug 1501631] [NEW] When using media-hub, cannot seek within a music track in Soundcloud
Public bug reported:
With the new media-hub integration for audio background playback, t is
not possible to seek within a music track in the Soundcloud webapp. The
UI thinks it is moved to the right part of the track, but the player
skips back to the track start on every seek move.
It turns out that the seek function semantics have changed in the middle
of the implementation. See upstream issue
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=412562
