[Bug 1502074] [NEW] Browser stops loading when not focused
Public bug reported:
On slow network connections, the browser can take quite some time to
load a page (up to minutes). During this time the user needs to keep
tapping the screen continuously and not switch to another app, or the
browser will stop loading the page.
Would be great to be able to start loading a page, and while it's
loading be able to reply to some messages or just put the phone back
into the pocket and read the page in 5 minutes when it's done with
loading.
