[Bug 1504221] [NEW] Investigate supporting content::InterstitialPage as a public API
Public bug reported:
Chromium has a mechanism to display transient UI's that are implemented
in HTML, displayed in the content area, have their own transient
NavigationEntry and automatically disappear when navigating to a new
page. It's used for things like displaying certificate errors and safe
browsing warnings.
I wonder whether it's worth exposing this functionality publicly?
