[Bug 1520190] [NEW] init-checkout.py should have an option to add remotes for user-specific repositories

Public bug reported:

init-checkout.py has an option to add upstream remotes for git
repositories hosted on Launchpad, and it has an option to enable pushing
directly to origin. It should have an option to add user-specific
remotes
