Hi! Thanks for the feedback.
I saw the issue a few times, but not always, but when you come back to the app after leave in background.
I think this is the same issue as have the webapp applications.

  uNav sometimes white screen while using / and sound problems

Bug description:
  Hello,

  sometimes the Application shows a white screen / lose the map / and only the magnifying glass icons for zooming are visible.
  Also the header with icons is visible.
  But it´s not possible to open the menue.

  It seems to be a freeze.

  When I force to close the App and I reopen it everything is working
  fine.

  This error occurs after I was driving for 50KM and using the App.
  Sometimes it happend after 5km.

   ------

  Next thing:

  First time I used the App there was no voice or soundfeedback  recognizable.
  I played around with System Settings from my Aquaris 5 HD Sound --> on / off / eg....
  And also changed many times the sound settings inside the App.

  Now it is working.

  I use a  Aquaris 5 HD with Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-8)
