  Webapps is unpolished and unnecessary

Status in webapps-applications package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  The entire concept of the Webapp is great, but it is poorly executed
  in Ubuntu 13.04. Ubuntu 13.04 is otherwise a finely-polished OS
  without the Webapps feature, as there are very few Webapp applications
  out there for download and/or integration, and the ones that are
  available really aren't worth much.

  Why do I need the Webapp feature if I have to visit the website
  anyways for it to activate? It is completely silly, the "webapp" isn't
  even integrated well into Unity. All it does it show a notification
  count when I am visiting Facebook, Gmail, etc., yet does nothing to
  actually bring Facebook or Gmail into Unity as a native application.

  Please either remove the Webapps feature in it's entirety or polish it
  up with complete integration into the computer GUI, as done in Gnome
  3.x successfully.
