to fix an error in the use of the MediaStream API, available at

On a phone with two cameras, this should allow switching between the
front and rear cams on the fly without reloading the page, but in effect
I’m always getting capture from whichever device is the default one
(WebContext.defaultVideoCaptureDeviceId).
