Front camera is inverted on BQ 4.5 hardware

Bug description:
visit the webrtc samples such as
https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/devices/input-output/
note that you can't actually switch cameras on the web page, but if
you change the browser default camera in the privacy settings of the
browser you can choose the rear or front camera.
In portrait mode the front camera image is inverted. Rotating the
phone 90 anticlockwise it is the correct way up, rotating 90 clockwise
it is inverted again.
For the rear camera it is the correct way up in portrait mode, it is
correct when rotated 90 anticlockwise, but inverted when rotated 90
clockwise. Portrait upside down doesn't rotate the web page and seems
logical enough.
