  Keyboard briefly switches to text keyboard when switching between
  number fields

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
   - Tap into a number/tel field. Keyboard appears in number format.
   - Tap another number/tel field without dismissing the keyboard.

  Expected:
   The keyboard does not change.

  Actual:
   The keyboard briefly changes to a full text format and then switches back to a number format.

  This can be tested on martini.com by switching between the date
  fields.
