[Bug 1593713] [NEW] Replace hand-rolled bindings for script message objects in shared/renderer with gin bindings

Public bug reported:

This code all predates gin, and is getting a bit of a pain to maintain.
We should clean all of this up and re-write this using gin bindings
instead.
