[Bug 1596678] [NEW] Twitter and facebook display monochrome smiley instead of colour

Public bug reported:

STEPS:
1. Fresh flash a device
2. Install the fonts-emojione (if it is already)
3. Restart
4. Open Facebook sign in
5. Click on message
6. Switch to the emoji keyboard type all the smileys
7. repeat with twitter

EXPECTED:
I expect them to all be colour like they are in other apps

ACTUAL:
In both the webbrowser version and the web app version of twitter and facebook the smiley and cat emojis are monochrome however after that they are colour.

Elleo is hoping that a small change can be made to make them all colour
but may require oxide help so I am including oxide in the projects.
