  tcmalloc build failure on arm64

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Bug 1588218 enabled TCMalloc on GN builds. However, it seems that this
  doesn't work on arm64. That probably shouldn't be surprising (tcmalloc
  isn't used on android)
