  Add integration tests for Screen interface

Status in Oxide:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Screen interface (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
  US/docs/Web/API/Screen) relies on code in Oxide which integrates with
  QScreen, but this is completely untested. We should add some
  integration tests for this, which will probably require a mock QPA
  plugin
