  Ozone platform isn't included with switch to GN

Bug description:
  Our Ozone platform isn't compiled since the switch to GN. Currently
  it's only used for retrieving the display handle, which happens to be
  0 on devices anyway. This should be fixed ASAP though (I suspect it
  will break Unity8/Desktop)
