[Bug 1621597] [NEW] OxideQCertificateError::OK is nonsense
Public bug reported:
The OxideQCertificateError::Error enum has an "OK" value. It seems to be
a mistake that this exists (I'm not going to document it). We should
assert that this value is never used.
