[Bug 1624528] [NEW] ScriptMessageHandler and ScriptMessageRequest aren't C++ friendly

Public bug reported:

We expose a C++ API for these, but they can't really be used from C++.
This is because the callbacks all require JS callables (using QJSValue).

In addition to that ScriptMessageHandler requires driving
QQmlParserStatus::componentComplete

** Affects: oxide
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
