I’m testing oxide 1.19.6 on arale, and sometimes seeing a blue frame for
a split second when loading a page in a new webview. I’m puzzled,
because AFAIK this is specific to debug builds

and this is a release build (https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-
service/+archive/ubuntu/2295/+build/11563696 , I’m attaching the build
log for future reference).
