Title:
  Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - webbrowser-app does not launch in Unity7 when using
  the Nvidia driver

Bug description:
  When trying to launch the webbrowser-app, it flashes for a second and
  then disappears, launching it from terminal shows this error :

  (webbrowser-app:9153): dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': Permission denied. dconf will not work properly.

  switching to Intel graphics, webbrowser-app launches as expected.
