(initially reported by vigo while testing oxide 1.19.6 on krillin,
attached video from him)

This can be observed on touch devices (e.g. arale or krillin), both with
a stable image (oxide 1.17.9) and the rc one (oxide 1.19.7). When
manually dismissing the OSK by swiping it down, the webview is being
resized and this results in its contents flashing.
