Could you please give a concrete example of an element on a page that
used to be zoomed in when double-tapped and doesn't any longer, for
verification purposes?

Bug description:
  Double-Tapping on an element on a web page used to zoom in on that
  element. Since OTA-15, doeble-tap does nothing.
