I still have this problem in jaunty
I just added a 2nd grapthics card and I couldn't get X to start...

(even after running sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg)

Adding the BusID "05:00:0" line to my Xorg.conf fixed this problem for
me...
